IT and systems at the Academy
You can connect to the Academy’s wireless network in all our buildings.
Printers and copy machines are available at the Academy for payment. You can check your printing account and add funds to the account on print.eaaa.dk.
Your personal log on
When you start studying at the Academy, you will get a personal user name and password for – and a careful introduction to – all the Academy’s systems.
In January 2021 new students must create a password and log on to our IT systems at home, before study start. Check the video guides here
Intranet for students: Canvas and Study Update
By study start, you will be introduced to our intranet for students called Study Update, and our digital learning platform Canvas.
Study Update is where you will find important information from the administration, e.g. exam schedules, study and career counselling, canteen info and news from the library.
On Canvas, you will find your overall schedule and info from the teachers about your programme, e.g. lecture schedules, course materials etc. Canvas is also available as an app for iOs and Android.
Personal e-mail address
You will get our own personal Academy e-mail address. You gain access to it via Outlook's Web Access. You will get personal messages from the Student Office and your teachers by e-mail. You can forward these e-mails to another e-mail address.
Studsys.eaaa.dk – your personal web access to the Academy’s administrative IT systems
Studsys.eaaa.dk is where you can:
- register with the Academy’s mobile SMS service
- print confirmation of your enrollment
- view and print a list of your marks
- forward e-mails from the Academy to your personal e-mail address
