Canvas

You must activate your predefined student mail in Canvas. This is the way you will receive messages from your lecturers and other Canvas notifications. 

You must use your student mail – and not your private mail – throughout your education with us. You can only log into our systems and receive important mails from us via your student mail.

You can get Canvas as an App. Look for Canvas Student from Instructure or download it here:

We recommend that you allow notifications when you open the App for the first time. So you don't miss any messages from us.

You will receive an introduction to Canvas from your lecturer.

Via 'Calendar' in Canvas you can view your entire schedule – and the common activities (e.g. Friday bar, workshops, etc.) planned for students.

On the right side, activate the rooms/subjects for which you want to see activities in your calendar.

You can control which notifications you receive from Canvas via email or via the app.

We recommend that you take the time to customize your settings so you don't miss important information.
