Before study start: Create a password and log in

One week before study start you will receive a temporary password - on your email (or possibly in your Digital Post if you have one).

You must use the temporary password only to create a personal password that will give you access to all IT-systems at the Business Academy.

Go to the page mobil.eaaa.dk and follow the video guide below to create your personal password. We recommend that you complete this step on your cell phone.

Your personal password must consist of at least 8 letters or numbers. If the password says <unknown>, you must contact the It-Servicedesk.

Once you have created your personal password, you are ready to proceed to step 2.

In the Studsys system you can add your mobile phone number so you get urgent messages via sms.

All daily information about your teaching and campus activities can be found in Canvas.

All students have 2 rooms in Canvas with important info:

• One room with info for all students
• One room with information for your particular year and programme from the programme administration

It is your responsibility to check information in both rooms every day - so please find them before the start of your studies..

In addition, you have different rooms in Canvas for your teaching.

You will receive a thorough introduction to Canvas during the start week of your studies.

You must activate your predefined student email in Canvas. This is the way you will receive messages from your lecturers and other Canvas notifications.

You will find your student email in the message you received with email or Digital Post.

Please note that you will find the confirmation email for the activation where you check your student email, see step 5.

You must use your student email – and not your private email – throughout your education with us. You can only log into our systems and receive important emails from us via your student email.

You will find your student email in the message you received with email or Digital Post.

You check your student email via outlook.office.com. You must log in with your username and personal password.

You must check your student email every day to avoid missing important information.

All emails from you and to the academy must also be sent via your student email.
