Upload your final diploma

If you graduate this year, you must upload your final diploma as soon as you receive this. If we don’t receive your final diploma before 8 July 2025, your “Offer of study place” on 28 July 2025 will be conditional. Meaning that you are still offered a study place, but we have the right to withdraw your study place if you do not upload your final diploma before the deadline.

Confirm your study place on 28 July 2025

You will receive an “Offer of study place” at nemStudie on 28 July 2025. It is very important that you also confirm your study place according to the guidelines in that message.

Make sure that you have this programme at Business Academy Aarhus as your first priority on optagelse.dk. Otherwise, you will receive “Offer of study place” on 28 July 2025 from another institution (which you have as a higher priority) – and your offered study place at Business Academy Aarhus will then be cancelled.

Permits

If you arrive in Denmark more than 6 weeks before study start, you must arrange to get your residence permit and CPR number yourself.
