Order a copy of your diploma

Have you lost your diploma? In most cases, we can resend it to you.

Pay attention to:

  • First, check your Digital Post - your diploma may already be there
  • If you graduated before 2006, unfortunately we do not have your diploma. You must instead contact the Danish National Archives (Rigsarkivet)
  • If you are a laboratory technician, we only have diplomas from 2009 onwards
  • If you completed your education at Aarhus Tech, you must contact Aarhus Tech regarding your diploma

The fee is 250 DKK per diploma.

You must order online via the SDBF system, where you must log in with MitID. You can select language (English) at the top of the form.

You should expect a processing time of at least 14 days. We will send your diploma via Digital Post.
